The story begins with a man named Yamada. Yamada did not have a girlfriend in his entire life. He was 30 years old, at one point she was delighted when he met a woman named Tanaka, he fancies, at the high school reunion and started dating him. But because Yamada had no experience with women, he struggled with even the most simple things like holding hands. What makes it more complicated is that Tanaka is also shy people are not big on guided through the process. The couple make their way awkwardly through the steps one at a time the neural connections.
